Hundreds of Scientologists assembled at the Váci Road church in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.
Opened eu news politics in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.
Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
